Well Hello again my Fellow Crystal Lovers.

So here we are on National Napping Day. A whole day dedicated to the joy of napping! So I thought what a great day to share with you some great Crystals that help with Relaxation and sleep. I have always been an over thinker! Somebody who struggled to relax body and mind. Spirituality has played a massive part in helping me with this and My Crystals easily come top of the list when it comes to my relaxation techniques.

There is no exact science that can help you get that perfect sleep. But of course, there are things that can improve your sleep quality and make you feel refreshed and full of energy.

One of the proven techniques for getting quality sleep is by placing certain stones and crystals near the bed. These are known to have unique vibrations that can resonate with the sleep cycle.

Here is a list some of the best crystals for sleep that can induce relaxation and encourage a good night’s rest.

Selenite is a favourite night time crystal among users for combating insomnia and getting a good night's sleep. It aptly represents the mindset that a person should have before heading to bed – calm and clear. This stone is known to vibrate at a high frequency, bringing a sense of peace and calm, while removing negative energy. With an attractive ethereal appearance, this stone is frequently used in meditation because of its mystical healing properties.
